(57)【要約】 【課題】 固有振動数を広範囲にわたって調整すること ができるとともに、重錘の増減による重心の変化を少な くすることが可能な構造簡単,コスト低廉かつ信頼性大 なる動吸振装置。 【解決手段】 縦長水平長方形の底板の左右両側に沿っ て互いに平行的に突設された同一断面かつ同一長さを有 する左右1対の型鋼レール5と、上記各型鋼レール上に それぞれ配置されそれぞれ縦方向に転動自在に支持され た球軸受2及び高さの増加に伴って反力が非線型に増加 する非線型特性ばねよりなる同一サイズの複数対の支持 部材対と、上記複数の支持部材上に左右部が支持された 前後方向に移動自在の水平長方形の重錘荷重支持台板1a と、上記重錘荷重支持台板の縦方向中心線上であって同 台板の下面に固着された大重錘11及び同台板の上面に固 着され同一サイズの長方形鋼板からなる小重錘12と、上 記各ばね3の上端と上記重錘荷重支持台板1aとの間に挿 入支持された複数のシム4とを具えたこと。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a natural vibration frequency over a wide range so that a change of the center of gravity due to change of a weight can be decreased, by supporting a plurality of sheets of shims inserted between an upper end of each non-linear characteristic spring and a weight load supporting base plate. SOLUTION: A dynamic damping device for horizontal vibration, constituted by a helical coil spring 3 as a spring element, steel block as a large weight 11 and a plurality of steel plates, T shape steel 5, etc., as a small weight 12, is mounted on a vibration damped structure 7. Right/left parts of a horizontal rectangular weight support base plate 1a are support mounted on total eight pairs of ball bearing springs, and a weight 1 is supported along a lengthwise center line of the weight support base plate 1a. The weight 1 comprises the small weight 12 formed of a plurality of the same rectangular steel plates secured to an upper surface on the weight support base plate 1a and the large weight 11 formed of a rectangular cubic steel block secured to a lower surface of the weight support base plate. Accordingly, in the dynamic damping device, by adjusting a height of a spring, rigidity can be adjusted, so that a natural vibration frequency of the dynamic damping device can be set.
